From my understanding, T or L mean the same thing (tier or level). 1 is HJ, 2 is BJ, and 3 is FS.

Never heard from Carol once she left. She ran a good business. Mandy at Diamond and Sophia at Sky were very personable, very reliable and provided a professional experience.
