Yea I figured you knew the deal! I would be surprised if she followed back up. My unasked for 2 cents, huge mistake if you do that. You will open up yourself to all kinds of liability! Have her put it in her name and just give her the cash for it. If that's not possible, then get the room without her being there (you don't want the desk clerk to see her) and tell her you just can't do that right now. Or you can try a prepaid card and give that to her so she can get her own room. Whatever works but don't let her use the room for the night! Chances of something bad happening are remote, but if something does happen, its a world of sh-t for you.
