Long-time lurker here, finally got my account activated. I've been in this hobby for about 6 months.

While BBFS at time is available at the K-agencies depending on how is around it seems to me the C-agencies, particularly with the J-girls, will always have one or two providers that offer the option. So for a short visit and removing as much of the YMMV aspects, start there unless it's listed on the site. Plus, the C-agencies do tend to be easier to get into.
