There one time I think I saw the booker in person outside the location. While I was leaving the apartment after the session I see this guy with a hoodie and face mask on taking photos of the entrance and call box. This was at 10 pm. We briefly make eye contact and gives me a deer in headlights sort of look and I keep walking. I think it was him bc I had issues entering the apartment bc his instructions weren't very clear and the call box wasn't working. Won't name which booker but they are a small one.

At another location I saw this short middle aged Asian guy hanging out by the door entrance and constantly looking at his phone. I got the text to go up and he wasn't leaving so I couldn't wait anymore. I get to the door and put in the visitor / guest code but the touch screen is not very responsive and I was having issues with inputting the code. The Asian guy then comes over and inputs the visitor code (I did not tell him the code) and gets me in. Didn't really know what to make of that but pretty sure he was monger or maybe even the booker LOL.

I had to walk past the gate until the next street light. Then I walk back just to find them there still after five times, which made me look like the stupid one instead. Also, the gate did not work once. How hard were people pressing the buttons to make it stop working? Also, people thought I was being paranoid about neighbors secretly recording. Then guess what? It was confirmed by others one month later.

I still remember balloon guy arriving with an entire set of balloons at Sawtelle and after the code didn't work he was literally yanking with all his might the door trying to yank it open. As if no one would mind a random stranger breaking and entering with balloons.

I used to hobby early morning and I ran into this old dude many times who literally opened the trunk of his car and would take a bird bath after his session.
