Honestly don't remember, but yes since Seeking is based outside the US you can't use any of the incomm vanilla cards b / c they're locked to US and CA only. I do remember going thru a couple cards til I found one to work, trial and error. Might have been an Amex prepaid gift, the non reloadable kind.

I went to Thailand earlier this year and paid for a Thai friendly premium subscription month using Google play funds I loaded from a gift card I bought in cash.

That's interesting. Was thinking of buying a Google Play gift card in cash and using that. The problem is that I have read, on numerous places, that you can't use / transfer Google Play cards to the Google Pay option from the site. Am I incorrect in that assumption? I'll look at trying an Amex prepaid card next. Looks like trial and error (with some luck) might be the way to go. I'll report back, should I have any success.

No sir I still had to selfie verify and use my real picture, which I wasn't thrilled about. For my profile pic I used a photo that was 4 or 5 years old that I had never shown on any of my real life socials and was not super close up and I passed the verification. I have a very faint social presence for my real identity anyway so there isn't much to find.

You can absolutely buy a prepaid card and subscribe to seeking. I paid cash for a prepaid card at Wally World and subscribed to seeking for a couple months last year.

I have also used prepaid cards to add funds to a Google play account under my monger name on my burner phone, then paid for a dating app using Google pay.

I also buy prepaid minutes on a card using cash to feed my burner.

It's all anonymous unless you want it not to be. I can factory reset my burner and my monger identity disappears until I resurrect him. Separate phone numbers, email addresses, never verify to your real phone number, etc. It takes some planning but you can be completely anonymous.
