If all you want is L1 Ft. Wayne is ok. But if you want anything more Elkhart is a safe bet, all in for around $$. Most if not all the places in and around South Bend have been closed down. The really good one in Granger moved to Niles after they got shut down, but they are staying UTR for now.

IMPD busted a suspected brothel today and arrested a woman for promoting prostitution.
