Had a great massage session in Woodbridge off Route 1 yesterday. Called ahead to confirm availability and showed up right after. Mammasan took me right to a room and Sugar soon appeared. TLDR summary is if you are looking for a good, no rush massage and BJ while not caring about looks, Ruby is a decent value.

Stopped by Health Spa on Dale Blvd mid day. Started off awkward as provider was saying goodbye to previous customer in lobby area. Only person working was Ruby, a plain looking Chinese woman probably in her 50's or maybe 60's. Had smokers teeth but face was wrinkle free and did not smell like smoke. Did 30 minutes for 50 since they didn't have a TS. Massage was pretty good, used unscented lotion and worked out some kinks. Very minimal teasing, until light touch before flip and the what you want question. Agreed on 100 for BJ, she started with saran wrap but after I told her I wouldn't be able to finish she removed it. BBBJ was good, aggressive but no teeth and managed to deep throat. Made me finish by hand though no CIM. She had pulled down shirt to reveal one boob that had surgery, I'm guessing for breast cancer.

After she insisted on more massage, spoke good English and was talkative. I actually had to cut her off, I think she was bored with it being slow. Would repeat if I'm just looking for a good massage and BJ for decent price.

You're correct that Fairfax is a liberal county. It's been controlled by Democrats for most of the 40+ years I've lived in the area, save for a brief period in the early 1990's. I'd classify Virginia as a blue-leaning purple state which occasionally elects Republicans (for example, the previous governor). Yet I doubt partisan politics plays as much of a role in crackdowns on MP's, providers, and mongers as much as angry wives, owners of nearby businesses, and public interest groups who are quick to slap the human trafficking label on consenting adults activities in which money is exchanged. Since there's no such thing as a mongers' lobby or a providers' lobby, mongers and providers will have to live with this state of affairs until such time as the courts declare consenting adults activities to be fully legal even if an exchange of money is involved.
