I think it is possible. Not seeing that phone number with ads outside louisville or those pics anywhere.

In my experience airport based ads usually refer to one of 2 things:

If they're in English, they likely belong to a touring, or out-of-town, escort, or to a latina escort. The reason for Latinas is that the latina area of Louisville is close to the airport.

If the ad is in English, it's likely not a fake or scam. If the ad is in Spanish, that's more of a 50/50.
