I'll summarize some notes on TER since it often comes up when most of it can be explained just one time.

About deletions: On TER, profiles disappear for different reasons. If you see just one individual profile disappear when a girl retires or rebranding, it can be the girl has claimed her profile and asked for it to be deleted. It's not very common but a real possibility. If you reviewed her, you can still see your own review but the public won't. Whereas if a bunch of girl profiles disappear associated with one agency, sometimes that agency is blacklisted for being tied to shilling. It happened to some East Coast agencies last year, so they set up a new website and started over - a rebrand. TER allows a fresh start, but the deleted profiles stay deleted to deter this behavior. Sometimes the agency ban is lifted after a few months so you can submit reviews again, but again deleted profiles stay deleted. Lastly, TER requires a valid ad to approve reviews. The rule has sound logic and reduces certain kinds of problematic stealth shilling for girls who aren't even working. It also prevents a ton of mixups for girls who simply have the same name. A consequence for this rule is there were agency sites that could not be viewed by other countries or VPN, so it prevented reviews from approval.

About research: Some Service oriented girls have tons of reviews spanning pages and pages. You can generally get a good sense and pattern of how they are for Service as long as you ignore most reviews. Some reviewers are actually trying but don't give enough detailed info, there are some shills, and there are people who review themselves rather than the girl. This is negative Intel that will mislead you, so just skip to the next review when you see that. Ignore taste and focus on Service and Specs that are more objective.
