No CIP, GFE Only - Value Adjustment
I started running into a few no CIP girls last year and it took some trial and error to figure how much it mattered to me. I calculated it out as no CIP taking away 10% of a girl's score - equivalent to adding about 10% to her price. No bb entirely (GFE only) took away about 30%. Meaning I'd pay 70% as much for a GFE only girl of the same caliber. Many LA guys were maybe -30% for no CIP and -50% for no bb. This is probably why the typical GFE only girl averages about 1 Tier higher - only better girls can survive the competition.
To reduce expensive trial and error, you can do a thought experiment. I took two girls who had similar overall scores. FA Isabella I rated S+ Looks S- Service for a 12.5 Score (6.8 + 5.7). Nali for me who was A+ Looks S+ Service for a 11.9 Score (5.1 + 6.8). Isabella was 320 hr (and 240 hh!) but GFE only. Nali is 420 hr bb. If they swapped pricing (Nali 320 hr GFE, FA Isabella 420 hr bb), it actually wouldn't change how much I repeated them since they are both similar level and Value. But I might lean towards whoever was bb special a bit more. 320 / 420 = 76%. So adjusting for the bb bias, my multipler is about 70%. I did variations of this thought experiment with many other girls and it plotted close to 70% many times.
There are guys who are 50% multiplier for GFE only girls, which practically means they 95% see bb special girls. But they might have 1 or 2 special exceptions, including Legend girls who are GFE only they have a soft spot for. We all make those kind of exceptions.

Above I copied out some Specs as a preview. Dealbreakers like no CIP and tattoos tend to be especially accurate, but obviously people can only report what they saw. With face and body ratings, they are obviously opinions. But when you take many opinions, you tend to get a good idea. It is way better than nothing. The HYA Thread filters out a lot of the Sandra Oh factor. I don't expect people to agree on S or A Tier. But I noticed that when I thought a girl was mid S Tier, there were people who thought I underrated her as much as people who thought I overrated her. When it came down to the exact reasons, they were predictable because they were generally based on preferences. It wasn't random.
If we want more people to give opinions, we have to welcome different opinions. We even have to accept someone can be wrong in some sense (ex: height, weight, boob size) due to the nature of estimation. With Age, you also have the factor that a girl can look one age and be another. There are girls who took good care of themselves that 80% of them looks young and 20% of them looks old. When I can see it, I could say "early 30s but can pass as late 20s". Often, I really don't know so my estimate is a +/- 5 year range. There are even girls who are the reverse. Plastic surgery and butterface can skew estimates a lot. Or, I could just be wrong. If someone consistently gives bad estimates, don't use their reviews.
Pre-MILF Range
Many guys have some personal Age cutoff whether 25, 30, or 35. I don't have a hard cutoff, just that the older the girl looks the harder it is for her to be equally hot. I classify the age range for HYA to be under 30, with MILF above 35-40 (40+ = Full MILF). So pre-MILF is maybe 30-37.5. Or 27.5-35 if you want to be strict. That's just how I think of it, you can do what you want. The reason for a range of cutoff is when women "turn MILF" on Looks it is a different age for each woman.
Some people call anyone 30+ a MILF. If that were true, then I'm a MILF Hunter. It is problematic, because it suggests a girl is young and beautiful at 29 and old and mature at 30. How she Looks doesn't even matter. Worse, it suggests girls in their 30s look just as old as girls in their 40s. We lose the most important info. That's why we need a pre-MILF range. Half the hottest girls are pre-MILFs, and they tend to have a distinct appeal apart from full MILFs. I definitely find early 20s girls hotter on average, but some early 20s girls are not hot. They are also rare.
