If it's a hotel or office space, its normal, unless it was given without mutually agreeing on the basics first. Usually, room/suite number is in step two.

If it was giving before the mutual agreement to move forward, I would double check for red flags for sure, and more than likely pass if I was already on the fence.

This of course if extras are known to be on the menu.

Evidently she is not scam. Arranged with her about a year ago, but when got to her address which was her residence it was such a run down, trashy, smelly place, I got back in my car and left. I never saw her or inside of house, but the outside was enough to gag me. Of course to each his own. YMMV.
