Maybe was, but during covid and ever since for me 60 HF here. Add 200 for BBFS. May have been 70 at one time now get places charge 70 hf.

Don't remember 45 anyplace in town since before covid. Maybe when they first re-opened but that was long ago.

Ditto. Most all need double house fee and tip for two pops. Time is money and they no control time in AMP. Indy can go as long as they want if no more bak to back appointments.
