Hey brother, it's always been a crapshoot! Especially because even if you show up and you're the only customer, 5-10 minutes later the door chime will start going off. So just carve out extra time for waiting in a room. I've never been turned away, but obviously some people have recently.

As an alternative see my recent review about Soda at Royal in the Bradenton section. Scheduling is allowed and preferred and Soda is a legend.
