As far as I've had experiences it is almost always 40 HH and 60 FH for house money. Sometimes it is up front, sometimes given with the donation for the tip. Usually, if you're known there, it is afterwards unless you just feel like getting that part out of the way. I think that might be best to agree on pricing up front and then both parties know what is expected for how much $ prior to the start of the massage.

For FS I personally donate anywhere from 160 - 200 depending on the service / interaction of provider since I generally have a 1 hour massage. And yes, looks do help for the amount of the donation and we all like different body proportions / looks. I have had some mediocre looking providers that gave outstanding services and have given 200 because of the quality of the time spent with me.

And, yes, I have also been caught up in the moment and had the smaller head take over for decision making in the moment and had regrets. I will only say in this case that if the interaction was going that poorly I would hope I would have just said stick with the massage and moved on with my day. If she wasn't that attractive to me at the start and then it went that badly with the interaction, just leave. No harm, no foul for either party, no regrets.
