That new to me, I haven't arranged like that and I wouldn't be inclined to do so. I concur with Lexx, he's correct with all of what he described, but also keep in mind that when you see the green dot next to her name this she's logged into the site but it does not mean that she is sitting in front of her computer reading / responding to messages.
