As far as strip clubs go, I've been to one or two in SODO and none of them really did anything other than lap dances. Where's this pandoras everyone talking about? Pandora's is on Lake City Way in north Seattle. Walk in, have a seat and a drink, and watch the stage to scout out the girls to see what you like. They'll walk around asking about dances, don't be pressured.

When you see someone you like, get a dance and then, if they don't bring it up first, ask "you do more than dance?" In the daytime, most will have something on offer for either in the regular dance area or a private booth. At night, less on offer from most girls, higher prices, and most everything (even a HJ) will be in private booths. Expect to pay between 100-500 (on top of dances) plus the cost of the private booth (if doing that), all dependent on what you're doing, all YMMV.
