I drove thru Pigtown today around 8 pm Monday and seen a very pretty WSW with blondish hair with her black pimp walking south on Washington Blvd near MLK. She was dressed in a short dress, heels and white lace stockings. She was also wearing a big brim hat like you see at Preakness.
