Well, they are $20 USD here too. Lots of them, fresh off the street. The 350 you see quoted is typical for 'Korean Agency BB'. You can even find girls in China that cost more than that.

Nobody goes to Korean agencies to save money in the budget sense. Some of us find good Value, some of us don't. Budget guys who don't mind GFE might try the Thai orgs which have 200 hh entry point. Then there's AMPs which many people are happy with, and so on.

The one general advice around the world is, I would not rely on ads as intel. In my limited experience, Gingira was 0-1 Tiers off from ad. The Thai org was 0-2 Tiers off from ad.
