Yes someone below posted what happened. This can happen to any business. Just think about coral spa or Mundy. They are already back at it in the same location! No one here can give you a true answer. It is best if you had decently insulated yourself from this regardless, burner phone, yadda yadda. No you should not be worried. The reason why action was taken is because someone complained about it. Once the nuisance is removed, they move on. Trying to track down people who may or may not have done business with them would be too costly and time intensive.

I don't know about Indy but in Louisville, if every time the police try to ask or say something to you, you stay firm but polite and just say "Am I being detained?" If no, just leave immediately. If yes, politely but firmly respond to everything with three sentences, "I choose to exercise my right to remain silent. I do not consent to a search. I choose to exercise my right to an attorney. " Louisville Metro Police will generally determine you are not worth the time and effort and let you go and focus on those not smart enough to exercise their rights. If they try to convince you that if you cooperate things will go easier but you stay firm and say those 3 things again, they will probably give up and let you go. They love it when you get scared and start trying to defend yourself because you usually end up screwing yourself. If they demand your phone, remind them of of not consenting to a search even though they probably have probable cause by you being there so they won't need consent, but if you remain polite but noncooperative, you increase your odds of wearing them out and being released. If they demand the password on your phone, say that you exercise your right to remain silent and TURN OFF FACIAL RECOGNITION! Police love that feature on phones, makes their job so much easier.

So again, I don't know about Indy but the above works 99% in Louisville for customers of these places. Management of the establishment will be arrested and taken downtown to investigate if they are involved in human trafficking and the ladies will be sent to some place to determine if they have been trafficked and if so, hope they will testify against management.

I'm always surprised that people don't shut up and stay silent. We all watched movies and TV shows. You have the right to remain silent. The am I being detained is the important one because you can walk away if you are not being detained and being questioned. Also never let them come into your house without a warrant even if it is just to talk. Once they are inside they can search anywhere.
