Not sure what happened in your situation, but it certainly isn't the norm for Zoey. My experience as well as many others, is that she is probably the best MT you will find in this entire area. The only competition she might have would be from within the same establishment.
I’ll provide some advice…. If you receive rimming, especially from someone as hot as her, before you’ve even negotiated services, chances are those services are going to be way better than what you typically get for your measly 60 bucks. I wouldn't trust any provided at an AMP. There was a famous L3 spot in RVA. A guy posted he saw three bloody ones in a sink. Plus there was an article I saw someplace a few years back about service that would recycle them for the spas. I mean if they are to cheap to buy a full size bottle of water or change sheets between customers, them hats aint cheap! BYOC and you don't have to think about it.
