I contacted it out of curiosity, pretty much figured it would be a scam from the start, and I was proven right.

More or less it will seem like a normal getting to know you back and forth texting and getting to know each other. Their aim is to get you to give up personal info (name, what you do, area you live, where you work, family,) and also get some incriminating and identifiable pics.

Once they have enough they will send a threatening blackmail text on how they will use the info and spread to your friends, family, and work.

The scam is only slightly different than the "pay for my babysitter so we can meet" scams. The person on the other end is either a bot or someone halfway across the world and the will never actually spread your info. And if you are like me where, none of the info I give them is true you should never have to worry.

It is sad. Tryst use to be pretty clean of scam profiles but not at least half of them are scams.

Both links would likely lead to the same end result.

My rule of thumb for Tryst now is that if the profile has a WhatsApp number or is asking for a deposit, it is a scam.

I'm sure there are a few high-end ladies asking for deposits but most are well outside my budget or have confirmable reviews.
