Posts: 157Sol Spa. Don't know why even tried
I don't get to do this hobby as much as I would like, but it's always something about me that wants to find someplace nobody's been talking about lately thinking I'm going to find something great but it never happens but I'm glad I can help out and let everybody know. Don't go here. Lady probably 50's kind of chubby not really good looking gave me a good massage but everything else boring not into it. Not really much to talk about except for don't come here.

I would agree that Mary is very focused on running the best shop in town, if not the state. That being said, I have still seen her several times this year and have posted reviews after most of them. MmmGood stated that I reviewed her just a few weeks ago.
Mary is available if you're willing to work around her schedule. Try to remember, she's not just part of the staff. Be patient and she will reward you with a magnificent session. As busy as she is, she continues to give me her all.

Posts: 132I would have done the same
That is one thing I don't miss anymore. I hate that some of these spas have point of contacts that aren't even at the spa. I like to know that when I message or call someone that they are at the establishment and are actually communicating with the girls there. I had several experiences like that where you are promised everything on the phone but once you arrive the girl looks at you like you are crazy. Luckily it's been a few years since this has happened now. That is the main reason that I try not to stray too much. Once you find a place that treats you right. That's why I've only really tried 3 spas in the last few years. The fact that these places always had the person I communicate with in house and they ran their house very organized and my visits were always smooth.

Over the past couple weeks or so, I decided to try a couple spots and get some variety.
First was Rain Spa, ended up with Cici.
She's an older lady, with natural Ds. Wasn't very enthusiastic, but warmed up a bit by the time we got to the end. Got the job done.
I tried Jade Spa on Prince, drew Lucy who was a nice older, kinda frumpy gal. She had some natural Cs.
Ok massage, and asked for $. 4, settled on $. 2. She rotated thru all the positions and didn't complain. She just kinda layed there in mish. Not very exciting.
Rounding out my last visit, I went back to Melodyland. Old faithful. There's a reason they're a fan favorite. Such a different experience. Maybe I'm easy, but they make you feel like a rock star. Like they're having all the fun too. Decided on a 4 hander with Sage and Kiki. They performed. Need I say more? The delivery is worth coming back for. I would repeat with any of the current roster.
For anyone questioning the glowing reports of Melody, maybe just get out more. You'll see the lack luster performances that send us running back to Melody. #GoldStandard.
Just my. 02.

Posts: 1274There's no one I'd rather see than Mary from Melody. True story. But, like with you guys, she's too caught up in the managerial thing to entertain clients.

Troll, pretty funny. You should have named this account Clueless1. I was browsing the forums for my upcoming trip and laughed when I saw the king posting here as well. It's funny how every time anyone catches his slip ups, wrong name, wrong description, wrong phone number, he has a great excuse and then attacks. "I copied and pasted the number that I called incorrectly. LOL" Coincidentally one of his other accounts posted an attack in the OC forums minutes apart. Feel free to embarrass yourself all you want at my expense, that is what the ignore list is for.

If that is the case, I'm happy for her and maybe she'll honor us every now and then with visit.
She is an excellent manager, knows great talent when she sees it. Thankfully having given all of us a high bar to expect when being taken care of.
She's raised the level of the game and brought in talent to maintain that level.
Bravo and thank you Mary.

Posts: 77I agree, it's been a long time since there has been a review or since I last had a visit with her but not for not trying. Last time was something written about her was from motorboat I thought. I figure she has taken more of a managerial role as an owner and not employee. She was one of the best before M and figured out how to get a stable of women near her level. She needs to sell that course. Disappointing yes but I always hope she just pops in and takes over a session.

Wow, that was quite the back and forth about reviews and such.
Here is my query, which I've been mentioning quite a few times.
In 2026 I've never seen 0 reviews about Mary for this long.
Something is up gentlemen.
None of you have had the pleasure of her company in all these weeks?
Seriously?
Ikkyu are you on the road?
No review from you about the house of M?
Old timers, where are you?
Sorry to call y'all out but it's quite odd to me.
Anywho keep doing what you're doing.
The house of M will carry on.
Shy.

Posts: 147New in town due to family
Fam just finally move to 2nd street last week, not knowing the biosphere in Tucson, I just use the small brain to decide where to look for, and Orchid is just the nearest place to be while google and rubmap the closest. I mean aside from that is Pink spa down the road, stopped by there before, didn't like what I saw and left. I am very much new to your town, certainly not trying to stir up unnecessary drama to this side of the forum, the troll from our OC side had followed due to I left a review at my local place before headed up here for mothers day, I will be going to other places in Tucson just give me some time at least. Can't say for the others, but I am just want to put my 2 cents into the matter if that even counts. Again sorry for drag up any drama that may had upset a few locals, not my intention.

Posts: 147Wrong copy paste and here comes the troll from home
Thank you for Dm me with the number, I copied pasted the wrong number from rubmaps like most travelers do, sorry for stirring up drama at this side of the forum. Never a dull moment from the infamous troll from the OC side to follow people around like a plague. Not trying to defend my visit, but am actually came to down because my dad moved to the area because Cali got too expensive for him, and it is mothers day, so just came down to pay my visit. Certainly not trying to punch down any one or step on anyone's toe.

Posts: 44It kinda boils down to recent local reviews. I don't really care about what provider did what in California, I don't live in California. If I want a review for California then I'll go to that board. There is an unwritten standard in Tucson. 40 hhr / 60 hhr house fee, 120 hhr /140 hr tip for FS. If you're paying less than that then you are doing good, if you are paying more than that then you shouldn't. Now if your getting anything more than covered FS with bbj then paying an up charge is expected. If you're paying more and for less then that's on you, we are all adults. Insinuating that someone is a shill because they only post reviews on one shop is nonsense. I have reviewed other shops besides melody but not recently. That doesn't make me a shill, I just go there exclusively because of the service and not having to deal with upselling, clock watching and GPS. So I'm not bashing other shops by sharing my experience at Melody but I will make comments about other shops with less than stellar reviews about how service would be better at Melody. That doesn't make me a shill or a simp, it makes me capable of exercising common sense. At the end of the day, go where you want, do what you want.

Posts: 159Local Signals Carry More Weight.
The fact that the Melody number was reportedly out of service is something most locals would have recognized immediately, which brings me back to my original point: local signals and patterns tend to carry more weight than out-of-town noise.
Either way, I do not want to create any unnecessary issues for the thread or cause any potential troubles for the admin, so I am happy to agree to disagree and leave it there.
I will not be commenting further on this matter.

Posts: 159Good Shops Establish Themselves Over Time.
That is a fair point, and I think we have both stated our positions clearly.
I am not claiming Orchid or Sakura are definitively good or bad, and I agree that local reviews over time are what ultimately matter most.
My only point was that when a new shop launches and the earliest praise comes from accounts that even other members have questioned, while the first local reports describe a different experience, that pattern is worth noting.
Readers can decide for themselves what weight to assign those signals.
If future Tucson reviews show consistently positive, transparent experiences, then the market will reflect that. Good shops tend to establish themselves over time.
Either way, I appreciate the civil discussion.
I think we have both made our points, so I am content to leave it there and agree to disagree.
