I see you guys usually give 160-200 for tips. My question to all my more knowledgeable AMP guys, is an hour worth it?

Also will the tip have to be more? Say I book 1 hour and pay the 200 tip at say Red 8, does that include second pop? Or these pleases 1 pop and they leave ASAP?

No it doesn't include second pop. Typically they want the going rate. But YMMV with some of the girls depending on your relationship with them.
