1. Usually I just walked in. I have called and set appts and then got there and the person was in a session, so didn't do any good. I do sometimes call to see whos working and available when I am about to go. Some advertise on rubrankings.

2. For HHR I do 2 $$ OTD. Includes house fee, but sometimes they want a little more. I bring extra in case but start at that price.
