Got to see Nessa again last week. Each experience keeps getting better as we get to know each other. She did mention that she is getting a lot more no shows recently which was disappointing. Those hurt us all if we can't get the appointment we want because someone else has it and no shows. I know we absolutely hate it when we get ghosted and canceled on and it's no different for them too.
