........BTW. I've been following Kittys case. It showed that a Vietnamese interpreter was used. I assumed she is Chinese.

Court records also show the other lady with Kitty also had 'Vietnamese' interpreter, so chances are the court recorder made a mistake?

(For what it's worth, I've sat in court with three ladies who had a real person as an interpreter but who appeared virtually via a tablet, two more who had an in-person interpreter, and two more with no interpreter.).
