That is Blu (Bluu). There are negative / ripoff reviews of her and her crew. Not sure which forum but she's Hartford, Danbury, and Eastern CT forums. She has also been associated with other numbers.

Someone else may know her name, but if I recall correctly, there were some negative reviews. Can't remember the details since I generally write someone off the moment there are multiple negative reports. Those pictures have been around for quite some time.
