Not everything, but lot of them are getting shut down. Licensing is key. Suspicion that the place is used as living quarters is another major factor from what I know.

Places are open, it's hit or miss. The places where people lived there and or offered FS are the ones most likely shutdown. The smart ones did what they had to do per the county, the biggest requirement is being state licensed MT. If nobody has a state license the place is closed. Whether they give a good massage or not is another story.

I went to see Nelly who is a fantastic new addition to their lineup and saw Isabella in the lobby sitting there.
