I have had the rush job as well at Tokyo, they always promise they will make it up to me "next time". When they do that, I hold back $40 and pay $200 for the experience. That is guaranteed to piss them off, but that's the point. $240 is $6/ min. So if I get bounced at 45 min, they are still ahead (but pissed off). You might be the first person I've seen choose the 45 minute /$320 option at Meiji. Its the perfect middle of the road option between a 30 minute visit /$240 and a 60 minute visit /$400. Well done by Meiji to offer it and well done by you as a customer to choose it.

I would say that in my experience, that's not necessarily true. As I've stated many times before, I am quite against the excessive and over the top reviews.
