As a general rule, the places on the east side of Rockville Pike are strictly therapeutic: Rest & Repose, Advanced, why&why, the other Advanced, Sunshine. (one exception: the place next to the Asian restaurant). Better luck on the west side--I don't know why.

I tend to agree. The type of ending you get in MoCo is dependent on the provider, not the establishment. In PG it seems more establishment specific.
