Remember, Doxy PEP is not enough to treat long-term bacteria you already have before taking it. It is a preventative dose that prevents new infection. Mainly syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea. If you prefer kgirls over jgirls, you may need to shift down some of these depending on your level of preference. It is true that the higher looks jgirls often had low service, while the lower looks jgirls often had high service. But when there was an exception, I tried to point it out. Feature Tips
USAG has a feature where you can set PMs to just people on a contacts list. Then you can manually add a list of people who can PM. I just want to focus on girls, so it works for me. The other feature is the ignore list, which helps me remember occasional shills. But apart from shills, some people are honest but simply have too different taste to help me. My taste can only help some people, too.
The site also has a 200 message limit, so you can export your PMs to a cvs file or spreadsheet. Then delete it to free up space. You can even merge multiple spreadsheets, then sort by column for date/user (both if you like). It lets you look up past conversations. But generally, you don't know who is who always so less is better imo. I would not be trusting of strangers or people who want to get to know you. They are always trouble.
Doxy PEP
One more tip is for those who want Doxy-PEP. Many telehealth will give you just a dose or two because it's often marketed as an emergency-use antibiotic you use after unprotected sex. Used within 72 hours, it reduces the chances of bacterial stds by 50%-80%. The sooner you take it, the better (approaching 80%). It is considered an effective preventative - much better than nothing but not a guarantee. Some telehealth will prescribe it in bulk like Shameless Care on a case-by-case basis. For example, 40 doses for about 200. So you can take it on the spot which dose increase its effectiveness. Each does is typically 2 pills. Medical info is private under the law, and each person has to decide if it suits them or not. I guess if you see girls under 40 times a year, it's plenty. I know people who take it all year. Yes there are mild / annoying side effects, but medicine is all about choice and risk reduction.
To be clear, you take just one dose (typically 2 pills or 200mg) right after your appointment. Or maybe right before if your appointment is long. You don't need to take more, because assuming you start off clean that is enough to prevent colonization. Whereas if you have been long infected by some bacteria, just one dose is unlikely to clear it since it is "settled in". Hope that distinction makes sense. The chance of rolling a 1 on a dice is 17% (1 in 6). But the chance of rolling two 1s is much smaller, only 3% (1 in 36). In the same way, if we suppose that Looks is the average of Face and Body then maybe 4% of girls are S-Tier but maybe 10% of girls have S-Tier Face and 10% of girls have S-Tier Body. Otherwise, the numbers don't work out when you average them since there are many S-B and B-S girls. It is possible to be much stricter in grading. For example if S Face or S Body is only 5% of kgirls, then S Overall is going to be even rarer like 1%-2%.
