I definitely understand the need for privacy, you're definitely right to avoid this. I also refuse to provide this information but for different reasons. Over the years I've had luck working with some of the smaller agency bookers who were willing to book me once I was able to prove my T ER profile ownership with a significant body of work. After a few visits with those smaller agencies they were willing to help me screen with some of the larger agencies.
