Section 28.2-3-8. - Massaging, touching, exposing erogenous areas prohibited.

(b) It is unlawful for any person, in a massage establishment, to fail to conceal his or her erogenous areas with a fully opaque covering while in the presence of others.

(c) It is unlawful for any person owning, operating or managing a massage establishment, including the permit holder, to knowingly cause or allow, in or about such massage establishment, any agent, employee or any other person under his control or supervision to perform any act prohibited by this section.

Erogenous Areas means the penis, scrotum, vulva, perineum, anus, areolae and / or the nipples.

Also, no person may administer a massage in a massage establishment unless such person is currently licensed as a massage therapist by the Virginia Board of Nursing.

If Eden complies with these provisions like it has with the massage table, there won't be much reason to go there.

Curious if anyone knows of any white L1 providers that seem semi-legit but offer that extra bit of love. Also taking reccs on the thickest / biggest Latina ass in the city. Ridiculous is acceptable. Senior members can PM. I have local insight on Michigan cities if anyone is ever up visiting.
