I actually picked her up a few days ago. Early morning and she hadn't gotten high yet. She still looked rough, but was lucent. FYI, they also have access to those Flock Cameras (License Plate Reader technology). There are several out there. One is on a solar panel on Sullivant and Clarendon. Camera is pointed to catch the cars going east. The west camera is on Sullivant and Highland. All they do is put your tag in the system and it's like a gps tracking device.

I am typically more of a late-night guy, I did the sully loop from 2:30 am to 4:30 am Saturday night and it was a ghost town. Heavy on the cops, VERY light on the ladies.

Even sully is hit or miss depending on the day and time. Unless your standards are super low there's no guarantee you'll see someone worth scooping on sully.
