Posts: 101The location has had the same business there for over 30 years but with different names, not a great neighborhood by any means, probably more to do with an election year than anything else.

I find it interesting that the raid happened within days after the April 15 tax deadline, and was also mentioned on the news that an IRS agent was there along with FBI and states. Got to be some kind of strict tax deal set up w / the spas, and then the raids happen when they don't pay up. All under the guise of 'offering illegal services'. No way in hell these places fly under the radar in any way, especially in a state this small.

Posts: 88Wow. Your comment reminded me of a Pillow Talk conversation I had with a Girl at 1021 years ago after we had finished our session and we were laying in bed relaxing while she rubbed and stroked me. Killing time. She told me her real.

She asked me if "I like gambling?" I told her "I enjoy the Casinos and go every once in a while and bet no more than 100 dollars". You should have seen the look on her face. LOL. You just knew that every dime she was making at the massage parlor was being spent at the casinos.

Posts: 32Yep. I called last night and they answered as normal. I visited this morning and it seemed fine. I was greeted by Lily instead of mamasan, but that might have just been because it was late morning.

Posts: 88I think the problem Smilers has is their location. That area of North Providence Is the one of the nicest areas of the city. Big old houses, Brown University and on Main St. They also have a big sign out front. Not exactly flying under the radar like 1021 is. 1021 is in an immigrant neighborhood with little signage and it's a little tricky even finding the entrance. I've read in this forum over the years that some guys are not even comfortable visiting 1021 because of their location. If I had to bet a weeks pay I'd say "Smilers gets a lot more complaints to police from the Busy Bodies than 1021 does". Just my opinion but I've been wrong before.

Posts: 162The list of charges is massive and involved a sister site in Norwich CT and Casino Fraud. Interesting to see so many agencies involved and how much intel they had to gather. And $81,000 in cash on site. That will certainly pay for the sting costs.

Posts: 422Been trying to call 1021 to make an appointment for tomorrow and getting no answer. I wonder if they might have been hit too. Was still going to go down there and if they happened to be closed hit Smilers. That seems to be a bad plan now.

Stopped by Smilers as my last visit to 1021 was so-so and I prefer the TS as Smilers. Mama brings me to room, didn't see any girls. Finally in walks my girl, says her name is Lulu or JuJu couldn't tell and English wasnt great. She was definitely older 40's-50's, very petite with no butt but some big firm man-mades up top which got my attention. Great tease in the shower, a couple minutes in the sauna and then back to the room. Massage was mediocre with no real pressure or skill of any sort. Lots of attention to my ass, legs and junk. Almost made me pop while face down due to her reach-under technique. Flip comes, started with rubbing her tits all over me before CBJ. CFS was mediocre due to the tables making alot of noise. Finished with her on top and she massaged my head for a little after. Not the greatest visit but ill consider it a win. Standard damage and tip.
