First thing first yield to pedestrians LOL yeah it's something drivers rarely do. There is a billboard (pic below) on 4th and National that reminds drivers to be courteous and let pedestrians cross the streets safely. Ah I didn't know that October is pedestrian safety month ok. I just came with the idea of having a billboard on Greenfield and Lincoln that says yield to walkers so they can get to their Johns faster and safely LOL.

Anyways there has been some ok to very good looking females out there all over the south loop. I met Lee like three weeks ago a very beautiful homeless white female. I'm guessing Lee is short for her first name or maybe that is just her nickname, I didn't ask. She is white but is a mix of Russian and Mexican and was dress decent and was wearing white crocs. She's got a cute face and shoulder length hair that is mostly dyed pink. I found her around Muskego and Bow and I invited her out for some snacks and she accepted. I bought her some items from a convenience store then one item from the the food truck around 14th and Forest Home. I didn't ask her if she escorts cause I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. I had a very good time with her and she is very sweet but no phone and no social media..

Surveillance cameras are all over the place, most supplied by Flock who collects license plate data from all vehicles that pass each camera & this can be bought by LE & private detectives. Flock don't tell you where the cameras are but you can see them at deflock:

Zoom in & you'll see these are on National & Greenfield where some of us drive. If you drive up & down Greenfield between 16th & 27th your license plate has been captured. It's not illegal to drive on Greenfield, but LE could decide to use this against you at some point.

I just googled the range of those cameras...while they can cover the width of Greenfield or National, they can only effectivly read plates from a distance of about 75 feet (25 yards) so just a loop around that one block should solve the problem, maybe 2 blocks to be ultra safe.

You didn't address my argument that with all of us cruising out there, they don't have enough jails to put us in. All states in the union, including Wisconsin, have early release programs designed to reduce overcrowding in prisons and save taxpayer money. Obviously, if they're sending killers and rapists back out into the world early, they're not going to replace them with mongers.

Were these tickets the result of an officer issuing a ticket in person? If so, were you there, or did she just tuck the ticket under the windshield wiper? Or were these the result of some sort of technological machine surveillance, and you received a ticket in the mail?

You, I, and many other mongers on here have been doing this for decades, and none of us have ever been affected by these cameras, so I don't think we have anything to worry about. Conversely, if 90% of mongers stop cruising those strips, the remaining mongers would be likelier to be persecuted. With all of us cruising out there, they don't have enough jails to put us in. All states in the union, including Wisconsin, have early release programs designed to reduce overcrowding in prisons and save taxpayer money. So, they're not going to get a hair up their butt one year and just incarcerate 10,000 Johns for cruising. It's impossible. But awareness and thoughtfulness is still good and important! Remove your front license plate. Technically illegal but police won't pull you over just for this. Completely removing both license plates or driving with the wrong plates or with an expired temporary paper tag are higher risk for being pulled over.

Accidentally cover your plate with mud.

While this might not be relevant on this forum, there is a flock camera next to the Famous Dave's restaurant on 27th & Edgerton. The camera is on Edgerton pointing west and clearly in view and will capture any traffic entering or leaving the The Hideaway motel entrance. Edgerton is only 2 lanes here and not really a main traffic artery. Why have a camera here? Coincidence? These things are everywhere. Most, if not all entrances/exits at Mayfair Mall have them. They have warning signs all traffic is under surveillance as you enter. The service comes with a 1 month storage of data. But the subscribers can pay for longer storage. Waukesha pays for 4 months.

I recently got a $60 ticket in Chicago for not displaying a front plate, while my car was parked!! Same thing happened to me once in MN, while parked. But never had a single issue in WI with not having a front plate.

I've always admired that you do that and I've got to start doing something like that myself. Everytime I read you've done that I always tell myself to get in gear and do the same things, but I just never do. Maybe since I like doing yard sales and stuff I'll start picking up a few things. Cloths, jewelry and sometimes makeup is plentiful and cheap.

I got to try to keep up ya know.

That is a noble sentiment you express, indeed, esteemed fellow traveler. But I assure you that these girls appreciate the extra $10 or $20 you pay per date much more than they appreciate my dispensary. BTW, when Jessi and I were cruising that last day I was in town, I think I recognized Nikki from your photos! She was youngish, and I think Hispanic, with long, brown hair done up nicely. I asked her name, and she said, "Anna". Smiling, I replied, "It's nice to meet you". She reciprocated the sentiment, and I drove away. So much pussy.

As that pair of motels I accosted after picking up Tracy last time were unavailable (the first one had a "no vacancy" sign lit, but I hadn't bothered looking until I walked out of the office), and I did so well fucking and sleeping in my car, I got the idea that I might alter the pie graph of how many Milwaukee trips I get a motel on and how many I sleep in my car on. I might not get lodging as often as I have been. It costs me the price of a motel date just to rent a room, and I'm not made of money. Also, I save money by fucking women in my car instead of a motel room, because the pay scale I offer contains a $10 fee I pay for coming out to the motel. But during winter, it would be good to get a motel.

Also, I informed Jessi that I was determined to be reimbursed that $1. 50 for the gas I spent that night she refused to come out when we hadn't discussed doing a date, only hanging out, and Jessi paid me back on my final day in town! She let me pay her $28.50 instead of $30. So, we are even now.
