In the private message window, there is a column on the left of options. Under "Send new message" is a option to "Track messages". Click "Track messages" and see if your message is being sent to "admin2" instead of the intended monger. That's happening to me. It sucks.

I was surprised when I went there for the first time that the girls answer the door themselves. I had the same experience with her looking up at the monitor continuously but I chalk it off that it was for their safety but it does impede with the experience to an extent. I guess I was fortunate when I went there that there was only one car there and two interruptions.

Took a trip to 5 star last week later in the evening to see if it would be a bit better at night without all of the interruptions. Maya greeted me and looked good as usual.
