The only clubs outside of Michigan that I've been to, are a couple in the Lexington, Kentucky area. I went to Spearmint Rhino there, maybe 8-10 years ago, when extras were pretty much a given. I do remember going to a semi private room but I don't remember what the cost was.

I was just in City of Industry, near LA last week. The normal price for 30 minutes at Synn is $190.15 minutes is $125. Extras are on top of that, $300 average for FS. It's California so no surprise that it's expensive.
