How do you tip at a legit massage AMP?

I never tip beyond the house feed and the standard hr rate except two occasions:

Anything more has to come with negotiated extra service.

Or 100 for bare service etc.

Curious to see what other folks think, as that's the system that I just sort of made up myself. But I've been using it for years, it seems to work pretty well.

Totally Random. A few months ago there was someone other than the the usual Mamasan sitting at the front desk.
