Took the plunge to report back. Didn't get the woman's name however she seemed to be the only one working. Standard office building converted to parlor with 4 or 5 rooms from what I could see. Just on that alone I might repeat! As for the L2, turns out it's covered. Is this said garbage can in the room? Because if so, you are saying that this person watched the provider do this and was OK with it? If so, then he may have been asking for whatever he got.
