Really. I mean, you can read the terms of service for the site for yourself. It you want to violate them. You do the crime, you do the time.

If you get banned you have great difficulty getting back on. And you lose whatever you put into the membership fee.

It is very easy not to say much specific on the site, get communication moved to a private channel off-site, and then you are safe provided you don't piss the girl off and make her want to report you.
