So as my previous post stated I am visiting for a few days and decided a pass thru Sullivant Ave was needed just to get an idea of how things happen around here.

Saw a blonde with protruding chin in shorts and a heavy T-shirt fast walking / doing 2 block laps.

I also saw a redhead white shorts and grey top slow walking but looking at passing cars.

A Hispanic looking was standing on one corner leaning against a bldg and she also was looking at every passing car (note on second pass she was gone).

Saw a blonde in black skirt and white top by bldg at Richardson (sorry I don't know names of every street). I wanted a closer look so did a loop and watched her go behind bldg and start puking her guts our, turn off).

Made about 4 passes and that's all I saw. Since I was only trying to determine how things work I was not planning to scoop anyone up. And I am not sure how safe the streets are for getting the act done yet.

I was out yesterday between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm. Saw quite a bit of action both on the Hilltop and in the Bottoms. Most were passable and only saw a handful of ghouls. Uncle had a decoy set up on Sully and Wheatfield who was trying too hard to catch the eye of passing drivers. Bike cops were hiding nearby. It should be a general rule for anyone who reads this forum that if there's a girl at that intersection, to continue driving on and avoid it - 99% of the time, that location is a set up.

A good rule of thumb is if a girl is just standing in one place not moving it is a red flag. LEO does not want to be on the move to catch mongers.

Did see that one, wasn't sure she was a good decoy, she looked tired and hot in the sun but any new girl stationery on that intersection is never going to be a good idea to try your luck out for a first time girl.

Not really specific times sometimes they are all out at once other times it's barren out. Sometimes the nice weather brings them out other times they have to come out in the rain to get their fix. One thing though the flow of car traffic does seem to follow with walker traffic so rush hour is your best bet.
Daytime you can park at alleys making sure at least houses are abandoned or some abando aparts, at night you can basically park on side streets really.
