Give it a name and hit "Save." Enter the password you want. You'll now have an encrypted, password protected disk image file (. Dmg) that you can double click to mount. Then you can store all your research, videos, etc on that disk. Right click and eject the disk when you're done and it's all secured from prying eyes.
