Years ago a guy on one of the forums said he would send them the same pic he had used for his public profile pic on social for years. The idea was if he was ever questioned he could say that they must have got it off the web since anyone could have access. Personally I don't send pics. I have never seen anything other than a stock photo sent by handlers. The review a few posts down is deadly accurate.
