The rate difference probably has mostly to do with different boss. Some start 340, 350 or 360 base. Premium girls usually start 400 base. But of course no boss likes to increase the base rate as that reduces the number of customers and revenue earned. Now we are even starting to see J girls come here with 340 base and 200 BB because the options are 100% take home for the girl.
