It is sometimes korg specific. In OC at CAKD, jgirls know the korg menu. They get axed if they don't. So if the jgirl was previously at a corg, they are given very clear instructions to transition them out of the corg mindset at least. It is CAKD's special advantage. They do it for kgirl HYA too.

But that is clearly different than some LA korgs where the jgirls are just short-term guests. "Just visiting" jgirls who still think they are at a corg so to speak. What LA korgs would need to do is what CAKD is already doing for years. Or put another way, hold jgirls to the same standards as kgirls. Even if they are short-term. You definitely see occasional kgirls and cgirls show up and not know the korg menu too.

I became a Turtle and never saw a single girl who didn't at least average B-Tier (I was happy to see a C-A or A-C girl). Once I stuck to that tip, the average girl I saw was A-Tier. When I toftt, I averaged C-Tier.

It's worth noting that door knocking suits Rabbits more, while intel suits Turtles more.

The only issue with J-girls at k-orgs is their menu is almost never accurate / up to date. J-girls upcharge for everything like they're still at a MH / C-org. I experienced this so many times already. Most recently was 2 weeks ago with B. M-J and she had an upcharge for BBBJ that wasn't listed on her menu and I found right during our session. Better rates for time at K org but they still upcharge like a mofo. Something to keep in mind.
