I agree the parking issues is making a big deal about nothing. Sukhumvit was the first place I went to when I started this adventure. They definitely over charged me given I was ignorant of pricing at the time, but always got great service. Also most important they use accurate photos, at great risk to themselves and reputation. Only positive vibes from that place and other Thai places that use accurate picture. Only a few of them around.

The bedroom on the left side of the living room is real tiny, like just enough for a single bed, small dresser and a portable air conditioner. Same for the bathroom.
