I had similar experience where booker double booked me despite me booking a day in advanced and also calling her one hour before my appointment. When I texted her my disappointment afterwards, she told me that no shops are able to honor appointments and if I am not happy, go elsewhere.

Unless booker takes better care of repeat customers I won't be coming here.
