How much did you donate? Is it a fixed sort of amount or do you negotiate. How much is typical for two hands and how much for four. I am planning to be in Orlando in April. AMPs are run differently everywhere. In Detroit they ask 60 to go in 2 Bens typically for an hour- that includes table shower and everything. The woman is older and disinterested. Regarding "damage", expect rates to be 60/80 House Fee (half-hour / hour) + 140/160 Tip.
