Has anyone been to the new location for AB? Seems pretty risky.

I visited a girl last week (who's no longer on the roster) She was exceptional, genuinely model material, and the experience itself was great. But that's not really the point of this post. The real concern is the location. I wanted to get this off my chest, since it was lingering on mind since the visit.

I completely echo the OP's concern here. The current setup feels like a disaster waiting to unfold, arguably even worse than that infamous building at Mosaic.

Probably the worst possible choice for a business that depends on staying low-profile This area is a high-traffic, family-oriented neighborhood (mostly White & Asian), and that alone raises red flags. To make matters worse, there's a Karen right next door (I know this firsthand), and cameras practically everywhere. Perfect recipe for trouble.

I'm not a regular at this agency, but if this remains their operating location, I won't be going back. I get that some people enjoy the adrenaline factor, but I'd rather not take unnecessary risks when there are safer alternatives. Not sure how others feel, but if you're heading there, KEEP YOUR GUARDS HIGH and STAY ALERT. Better safe than sorry!

Newer to ABFY as an agency. Found booker to be more responsive compared to JB. Visit was also at the new location that some posters earlier disliked. I'm ambivalent about the location. If you've been to AMPs the set up can be similar, including cameras, so nothing I haven't seen before. I'm coming around to favoring the location because they noted they have a better ability to launder and replace sheets whereas the other locations tends to be worse in terms of maintenance and turnover service for a variety of reasons.
